Note: Online cancellation is not available for Aeromexico reservations. Hence, it is suggested to contact the reservation center of the airline.

  • For cancelling Aeromexico reservations, the passenger is required to contact the reservation center.
  • After that, the passenger is required to submit their request for cancelling the reservation.
  • Then, the passenger will be asked to provide the details of their booked reservations.
  • And then, the passenger will be provided with a confirmation whether their reservation is eligible for cancellation or not.

    A flight cancellation request can be made within 24 hours from the scheduled departure of the flight.There is no cancellation charge if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours.     Passengers can get a refund for the tickets they have. In addition, there is a refund available if the cancellation is completed 2 weeks before the departure of the flight.
